2. What data we process

Only what you give us when you write to us, call us or use the contact form: your name, your email or phone number, your website or Instagram (if you give it) and whatever you tell us in your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, that service’s privacy policy also applies. We do not ask for any special categories of data.

The form sends your request through Cloudflare, our hosting and email-sending provider, to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail).

3. What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare the concept you request, send you a quote and, if we work together, manage our business relationship.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we reach an agreement, performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

For visitor statistics (section 8), which do not identify you, our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

While we handle your enquiry and, if we do not end up working together, for up to 12 months after our last contact. If you are a client, for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. Some providers process it on our behalf to deliver their services to us: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting the website, sending the form’s requests to our mailbox, and visitor statistics) and Google (our email, Gmail, where we receive and answer requests).

Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, ask for restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@cromeda.com.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner.

To see how many people visit the website, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no profile of you: it only counts visits and measures how long pages take to load, always in aggregate. We also count, anonymously and without cookies, how far visitors get on the page and which buttons they use (for example, how many reach the prices), to improve the website. This includes no personal data and stores nothing on your device.

Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the website from attacks.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
